My hard drive crashed on a Friday morning, Bob stopped by and picked it up several hours later, kept it the entire weekend, was able to copy most of my files onto the new hard drive and had it ready to be picked up by 6:30 PM on Sunday evening. Since I use my computer for work, it was imperative that I have it repaired quickly. He was amazing. I will tell everyone I know in the Sonora area to call him if they have problems with their computers. He is fast, reliable, knowledgeable and very reasonable in his pricing. My computer crashed over the weekend and being a Realtor – this created a problem for my business. Bob was here as soon as I called and took my hard drive and made sure that all was well.
